Review and submit your changes

You can quickly and easily see all the changes you made in a view. Once you’re in Edit Mode, Anvyl highlights all the changes you made across multiple fields and entities (columns and rows):

Note: If more than one user is making changes to an order, Anvyl keeps and displays the changes from the last person to click save.

For changes to active orders that require a new PO, Anvyl prompts you to confirm your changes to reissue the corresponding POs. Changes that don’t require a reissued PO automatically save without further confirmation.

Note: Your suppliers will continue to receive email notifications for reissued POs.

When you submit your changes, row-level locks are in place so all users on your team can see that updates are happening in the background. However, they can’t edit fields in locked rows while Anvyl processes the changes.
