Anvyl allows you to easily accept (or reject) your orders directly from your email without logging into the platform.
This article explains:
How to accept or reject orders through your email
You don’t need to log into Anvyl to accept or reject any of your orders. Before you can begin to update your purchase orders by email, you’ll need to authenticate your account by creating a password.
-
Open the email notification you received.
- Subject line: [ACTION REQUIRED] PO #: Do you accept this order from Brand?
- Click Yes to accept the order or No to reject it.
-
Enter a production start date.
Note: You only need to provide an estimate of when production will begin. Also, you can use the target ship date as a guide to when production may start (if you know the amount of time it takes for production). Keep in mind that you can always edit this date at a later point. -
(Optional) Update the target ship date and provide a reason.
Note: If you think the target ship date your brand provided may not be feasible (for example, the target ship occurs on a holiday), you can provide an updated shipping date and a reason why so that your brand understands why you made this change. - Click Next to review your changes.
- Click Save.
