Suppliers will receive an email prompt to confirm each milestone of a purchase order. Simply click the confirmation link button from your mobile device or computer. After confirming the milestone through this email link, suppliers can also reply to the milestone email and attach a file to their reply and it will be added to the platform. Although you do not need to be logged in to Anvyl to confirm a purchase order milestone, you still can be proactive by locating the order in Anvyl as files, messages, and milestones can be updated before the date it occurs.

Ensuring your customers know the status of an order is critical to improving visibility and decision-making across their organization. Anvyl makes updating the order status simple for both suppliers and brands so that everyone can stay aligned.

Here are the ways to stay informed regarding the order:

Magic Links

Magic links are Anvyl's response for allowing a supplier user to update an order without leaving your email. After authenticating your Anvyl account, you will receive milestone confirmation emails as it approaches a delivered state.
