Direct contacts can change throughout a brand's relationship with suppliers. Additional members of the manufacturing or supplier team may want access to view the orders for logistics or quality reasons. Supplier credentials are free and it's easy to request access to add team members. The brand will ultimately have to accept this request.
Adding new team members for purchase order visibility:
- Adding through the purchase order details view
- Adding from the Brands base
- Editing or deleting access
Adding through the purchase order details view
- Go into the purchase orders detail
- Click View collaborators
- Click EDIT YOUR TEAM
Note: You will be redirected to the team view for this customer only - Click REQUEST ACCESS
- Enter the contact information for the new contact and click Send
- Name
- Email address
- Access level
- Orders, Notifications
- Orders
- Message
- The brand will have to confirm this new user.
- After acceptance, the new supplier user will receive an invitation email to join Anvyl.
- The new supplier user must create a new password for their Anvyl account.
Adding from the Brands base
- On the left-hand column expand the Brands view
- Click on the Brands base
- Under the column, Brand Name click on the brand to which you wish to add another team member
- Click on Your team access tab
- Click REQUEST ACCESS
- Enter the contact information for the new contact and click Send
- Name
- Email address
- Access level
- Orders, Notifications
- Orders
- Message
- The brand will have to confirm this new user.
- If you need to update this for multiple brands, you have to click on each of your brands. You can also email your brand contact and they can add the new team members directly.
Editing or deleting access
- On the left-hand column expand the Brands view
- Click on the Brands base
- Under the column, Brand Name click on the brand to which you wish to add another team member
- Click on Your team access tab
- Locate the contact you wish to edit or delete
- Click the overflow menu
- Edit access
- Delete
