Not much! There are only a few major checkpoints on an order where you will be expected to provide an update to your customer much like you may already be doing today. You can provide these updates through a few quick clicks in your email to make sure that you and your customer are aligned. We see that just by keeping your customer updated throughout the order, you can cut down on extra emails, wasted time and higher performance standards with your customer.
