Use email to message

If you receive an email from a supplier contact or are responding to a milestone, Anvyl makes it easy for you to respond via email without logging in.  This is applicable to any email server.  

As you can see the subject line will include the PO# in reference and the action that is taking place. In the example below you will see that action taken was a new comment by a supplier contact. To respond to this email, click reply or reply all to this email.

This message contains a unique string and the message will then be applied to the PO. The red circle next to the Messages tab will indicate the total number of messages.
