How to filter and search in the global inbox

The great aspect of the global inbox is that it's unique for each user. You can customize this however you'd like by sorting your messages by status or filtering on a specific activity. The global inbox is preset to show Unread messages.

Message type
  • All inbox
  • Unread
  • Read
  • Mentions you
  • Mentions milestones
Activity type
  • Orders
  • Tasks
  • Messages
  • Files
Activity date range
  • From date to date range
Activity from only these people
  • List of all the users who are involved in your supply chain
    • Supplier contacts
    • Collaborators
    • Internal team members
