Utilize the Shipments view

The Shipments view is a great way to locate the status of shipments that are currently in transit or have been delivered to their destination. The Shipments view is located in the left-handed column, when you click into the dropdown there are two standard base views:

1. Tracked shipments base
   
   • In this base view you will be able to compare actual arrival, delivery, and departure dates verse the estimated and calculate total lead times on all delivered purchase orders
   • To visualize the shipment leg, you can either click into the PO number cell which takes you to the order details page or can click on the shipment number and a visual map will appear.
     
2. Track shipment requests base
   • Summary view of what's been linked to purchase orders. To visualize the shipment statuses, click into cell containing the PO number(s)
