Can I create multiple Custom Fields with the same name?

 

Yes, but only if they live on different entities. For example:

YES →

  • Part-level field: "Color"
  • Order-level field: "Color"
  • Line item-level field: "Color"

NO →

  • Order-level field: "Weight"
  • Order-level field: "Weight"

Custom fields must be unique per entity and cannot have the same name as any standard Anvyl fields.
