We focused on enhancing our Shipment Consolidations experience to provide even more flexibility and customization, and also powered up our Dashboard Widgets to give you even more personalized insights. Our latest updates aim to improve the way you interact with your supply chain data, ensuring you have the right information at your fingertips to make informed decisions.

Shipment Consolidation Enhancements

Bulk Create Shipment Tracking (Consolidations) via CSV

Want to manage shipment tracking in bulk? You can now do so via CSV and add shipment tracking information across multiple orders at once using a spreadsheet. This functionality also allows you to:

• Create new shipment consolidations in bulk
• Link tracking details to multiple, existing consolidations in one go

We've also exposed a new view-only field on Consolidations called "Shipment Consolidation ID" - this is the internal ID that we use for each created Consolidation. Use this ID to link tracking details to consolidations via the CSV workflow.

Richer Container Tracking Data in Shipment Views & New Standard Fields on Shipments

We are adding more data to all tracked shipments so you have better control and visibility over your logistics details:

• Port of loading (aka POL) name
• Port of discharge (aka POD) name
• Origin name
• Estimated POD arrival time
• POD arrival time
• POL departure time
• Last vessel name
• Rail departure time
• Rail arrival time
• Truck departure time
• Truck arrival time

Some data is being added only to Vizion shipments:

• Container number
• Gate out empty time
• Gate in full time
• POD dischard time
• Rail loaded time
• Truck loaded time
• Gate in empty return time
• Customs release time

Dashboard Enhancements

Setting Assignees on Dashboard Widgets

Companies with complex SC teams now have tooler for greater visibility into PO management and ownership for widgets on the dashboard. Set filters by assignees so each user can build their own dashboard and display information that's relevant only for them.
