What's New
We're continuing to make improvements to Workflows and giving customers like you even more flexibility!
Ability to change Workflows on Inactive Draft Orders
Switch workflows for saved draft orders that don't have active milestones
If you're creating draft orders as placeholders or are simply uncertain of which workflow to use yet, you now have the flexibility to switch workflows prior to workflow activation or order issuance.
- On any order that's (1) a draft, and (2) has an inactive workflow, you will see the ability to change workflows on this order
- Any Tasks or 3PCs associated with the workflow automation engine will get removed or added automatically
- You can choose to suppress Task/3PC invitation emails
- For Split Draft Orders, changing workflows will be disabled as we don't allow orders in a split order group to have different workflows.
