In order to change someone's role, you must be a Team Admin or a Company Admin within Anvyl. If this is the case, follow these steps to change someone's role:
- When logged into Anvyl, click on your avatar at the top right.
- Click on Company Settings (if you are a Company Admin) or Team Settings (if you are a Team Admin).
- If you are a Company Admin, click on the Team that the person's role is on. If you are a Team Admin, skip this step and proceed to step 4.
- For the person you wish to change roles for, click on the three dots icon on the right side of their name > click Edit.
- In the role section, select the role you wish to change.
- Click Save.
Note: If you are a Team Member role, you will not see the same option to perform this action.
