Update and edit a team member's role

In order to change someone's role, you must be a Team Admin or a Company Admin within Anvyl. If this is the case, follow these steps to change someone's role:

  1. When logged into Anvyl, click on your avatar at the top right.
  2. Click on Company Settings (if you are a Company Admin) or Team Settings (if you are a Team Admin).
  3. If you are a Company Admin, click on the Team that the person's role is on. If you are a Team Admin, skip this step and proceed to step 4.
  4. For the person you wish to change roles for, click on the three dots icon on the right side of their name > click Edit.
  5. In the role section, select the role you wish to change.
  6. Click Save.

Note: If you are a Team Member role, you will not see the same option to perform this action.
