For repetitive workflows, you may find that you are repeatedly creating the same tasks for specific team members. With Anvyl Automations, you can automate the creation of those tasks. This feature is currently available for brand users.
Anvyl Automations uses if-then logic so you can set-up rules that will fire a Task every time a certain condition occurs. Below are the options that are currently available for creating tasks automatically.

Automatically Create a Task
- Click on the lightning bolt icon in the top right of your global navigation view.
- If you already have Automations in your account, click the Add Automation button on the top right.
- Select the Automate a Task option.
- Select the event for which you want to initiate the creation of a task.
- Optionally specify what other conditions that event has to meet in order for the task to be created.
- Enter the task details.
(Note: If you'd like this Task Automation to be created when a shipment is marked as shipped, have it run When an order is issued and link it to the Shipment Milestone.) - Name the automation and click the Save button to have the automation created.
- You can refer back to this task by clicking on the lightning bolt icon. Edit, view, pause, or remove this automation from the Automations view.
