Suppliers have the ability to suggest a split shipment based off a number of factors:

  • If the quantity ordered is going to be completed in several batches that are ready to ship on different dates.
  • If the quantity ordered needs to be sent via different ship methods

How to suggest a split shipment:

  1. From the Order Details Page, click the Suggest Split Shipment option on the top right.Screenshot 2024-01-18 at 3.00.31 PM.png
  2. Enter the distributed quantity for each part across shipments as you wish.
    • Note: If you'd prefer to redistribute part quantity using a CSV file, you can click Download Split Shipment CSV. This will populate a CSV file with the current quantity allocations across shipments for that order. You can make quantity changes to existing and new shipments directly in the CSV and re-upload them for review in Anvyl by clicking Upload Split Shipment CSV.Screenshot 2024-01-18 at 2.55.37 PM.png
  3. If you need to add another shipment, click Add Another Shipment.
  4. Ensure that the shipment quantity inputs in all of the shipments add up to the total quantity ordered.
  5. Once completed, click Submit. Your customer will receive an email notification and on-platform banner that alerts them of your suggested split shipment.
    • Note: The brand must accept the split shipment before moving forward with splitting the shipments.
