At the shipment order milestone, you are prompted to confirm the order has shipped. In this modal, you are given the option to input the discrepancy from the ordered quantity. This is also a great opportunity to upload the packing list and commercial invoice to match against the shipped quantities if not already done so.
Your customers are then alerted with an email notification and an in-platform banner to view or change the purchase order if they wish to do so. The brand may update the purchase order to reflect the new shipped quantity as part of its reconciliation process.
