What are incoterms?

Incoterms define the responsibilities of sellers and buyers for the sale of goods in transactions, of which the Incoterms rule clarifies the tasks, costs, and risks borne by buyers and sellers in these transactions and are used in conjunction with a sales agreement or other method of transacting the sale.
