View message history

Messages are tied to a specific order in Anvyl. To view your messages in Anvyl, perform the following steps.

  1. Search through your Global inbox
  2. Locate the order in question and navigate to the order details page
  3. Click on the Messages tab to view all of the messages associated with that order.
  4. A red circle will appear next to Messages indicating the total number of messages.
