Update the status of any order by clicking the Orders page > Update Status link.
When you provide a new date for the production start date, estimated ship date, or delivery date while updating an order milestone, Anvyl will dynamically interpret that input to derive the correct status of the order. This logic works as follows:
Production start date |
- Optional milestone that can be muted by the brand.
- If the production start date provided is in the past, the production start milestone will be marked as confirmed.
- If the production start date provided is in the future, the production start milestone will not be marked as confirmed. Anvyl will check in on the newly entered production start date to confirm production status.

Estimated ship date |
- Optional milestone that can be muted by the brand.
- If the estimated ship date provided is in the past, the order will be marked as shipped.
- If the estimated ship date provided is < 7 days in the future, the order will be marked as on track to ship.
- If the estimated ship date provided is > 7 days in the future, the order will not be marked as shipped. Anvyl will check in 7 days prior to the newly entered ship date and again on the ship date itself to confirm shipment status.

Delivery date |
- If the delivery date provided is in the past, the order will be marked as delivered.
