How do I keep an important order to show up at the top of my screen?

With the use of custom views, you can create a view originating from the Orders base. You can then apply a desired sort to the orders and to ensure the orders you want to appear near the top. These filters can be against certain purchase order numbers, upcoming shipment dates or tags if denoted by urgency. Favoriting this view will position it in any easily, accessible section.
