Option 1: Delete a part that’s never been ordered
You will have the option to delete a part that has never been ordered or quoted. Once a part has been ordered or quoted on Anvyl, you will no longer have this option.
- When logged into Anvyl, click on the Parts tab.
- Locate the part you wish to delete.
- Click on the three-dots icon on the right.
- Click Delete.
- If you wish to proceed with deleting this part, click OK.
(Note: Deleting a part cannot be undone. If you think you will need the information later, consider archiving the part instead.)
Option 2: Archive a part from the Parts tab
You will have the option to archive a part at any time from the Parts tab.
- When logged into Anvyl, click on the Parts tab.
- Locate the part you wish to archive.
- Click on the three-dots icon on the right.
- Click Archive.
- If you wish to proceed with archiving this part, click OK.
Option 3: Archive a part from the Part Detail Page
You will have the option to archive a part from the Part Detail Page.
- When logged into Anvyl, click on the Parts tab.
- Click on the part you wish to archive.
- Click the Archive link at the top left.
- If you wish to proceed with archiving this part, click OK.
(Note: You can unarchive this part at any time by clicking Unarchive.)
