Suppliers will receive an email prompt to confirm each milestone of a purchase order. They can simply click the confirmation link button from their mobile device or computer. Anvyl refers to this feature as magic links, and suppliers do not have to be logged into Anvyl to confirm a purchase order milestone.
Once the supplier has confirmed the milestone through this email link, any further changes to the milestone, such as adding files or notes, will require the supplier to log into Anvyl.
Note: The supplier must have an activated Anvyl account with email notifications on to receive the email notifications.
