Smart Milestones are part of Anvyl IQ, the extension of the Anvyl platform that uses machine learning algorithms to provide insights about your orders.
This feature provides recommendations for keeping your orders and platform up-to-date from the Global Inbox and an Order Details > Messages tab.
The solution leverages natural language processing (NLP) to perform semantic analysis on the messages sent and received through the platform. Our platform understands when an order requires a milestone update or further action, and provides suggestions to update your order accordingly.
There are several types of smart milestone suggestions that could appear in your messages tab or global inbox. Here are a few examples:
