For each purchase order, you can only have one shipment appear on the map per order, and any other shipments will be listed in the Logistics Tracking section as other shipments.
If you wish for a different shipment to be shown on the map on the Order Details page, you may need to unlink an existing linked shipment first.
- When logged in, click on the Orders tab.
- Click into the Order you wish to unlink a Shipment to.
- Under Logistics Tracking on the right side, click Unlink Shipment.
- Once you’ve unlinked the shipment, one of the other shipments will automatically replace the unlinked shipment and appear on the map of the Order Details page.
Note: This option will unlink the shipment from your order, but the shipment will still be stored in your Shipments tab.
