A purchase order is a legally binding contract between the supplier and buyer. To legally import goods into the United States, a proper legal address needs to be provided to allow for successful customs clearance and entry. All formal invoices should also include your proper business name which includes any formal entity name and a d.b.a (doing business as).
Before you issue your first purchase order, please confirm that the business name and address on the purchase order letterhead are accurate.
- Log-in to Anvyl
- Click on the top right Avatar > Team Settings or Company Settings.
- Click on the Team Name that you wish to update.
- Click the Team Info tab.
- Update the address fields.
- Click Save.
